The Fine Arts Boosters of Littleton (FABL) will hold its annual meeting on Monday, November 7th, 2022 at 7:30pm at the Littleton High School Library Seminar Room. All members and interested parties are invited to attend the meeting. Anyone can be a member by being a parent or legal guardian of a student in the Littleton Public Schools system, or a member of the Littleton community interested in promoting the activities of the organization.
For those of you who are unaware, the Fine Arts Boosters of Littleton is a 501(c)3 charitable volunteer organization with a mission to promote, support and increase exposure to and participation in all arts for students currently enrolled in the public schools of Littleton, Massachusetts. In addition to organizing volunteers for the programs, we also provide funding to the programs when needed for such things as show rights, instrument repair, costuming, and more through fundraising efforts.
As a charitable corporation, we have a Board of Directors and Officers, and each year the membership elects one or more Directors to sit on the Board, who it turn elect the Officers. This year, we are seeking to fill one Director positions for a three-year term. The Officers serve one-year terms. The time commitment for a Director is minimal (although many function in other roles as well) and is essential to the continuation of support of the music and drama programs at the Littleton Public Schools.
