The Fine Arts Boosters of Littleton (FABL) will hold its annual meeting on Monday, November 2nd, 2020 at 7:30pm. All members and interested parties are invited to join the meeting, which will be held this year online, details forthcoming. Anyone can be a member by being a parent or legal guardian of a student in the Littleton Public School system, or a member of the Littleton community interested in promoting the activities of the organization.
For those of you who are unaware, the Fine Arts Boosters of Littleton is a 501(c)3 charitable volunteer organization with a mission to promote, support and increase exposure to and participation in all arts for students currently enrolled in the public schools of Littleton, Massachusetts. In addition to organizing volunteers for the programs, we also provide funding to the programs when needed for such things as show rights, instrument repair, costuming, and more through fundraising efforts.
As a charitable corporation, we have a Board of Directors and Officers, and each year the membership elects one or more Directors to sit on the Board, who it turn elect the Officers. This year, we are seeking to fill two Director positions for three-year terms. The Officers serve one-year terms. The time commitment for a Director is minimal and is essential to the continuation of support of the music and drama programming at the Littleton Public Schools.
